One or our premier events every year is coming back!
OCTOBER 29-31 are the dates for Family Camp in
Prescott again this year. This is a great time to meet other
foster, adoptive, and kinship families while enjoying the cool pines of
Prescott.
Registration and a $50 deposit are due by September 8th!

STEP 1. Go to
the donation page of our website at
http://www.azafap.org/donations.htm to make your $50 deposit. Please
mark "FAMILY CAMP IN THE COMMENTS BOX" before processing the
registration fee through pay pal.
STEP 2.
Download the printable registration form from our website by
clicking HERE.
Complete the information giving us the number of adults and children in your
family that are coming, and indicating your choice of activities.
STEP 3. Send your
completed form with a check to our Camp Director, Nancy Williams, at 3220 W.
Folgers Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027."
